    Conditions of participation
    The registration is binding. After receipt, you will receive a confirmation of registration. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail or post. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme at short notice. Prerequisite for your participation is the receipt of payment of the invoice amount by the start of the event.

    Cancellation terms
    A processing fee of 30 € will be charged for cancellations. In case of cancellation after 08.11.2023 or absence due to illness, a fee of 50% of the registration fee will be charged. In case of cancellation, please send us a written notice. A substitution of the registered participant is of course possible.
    Data protection
    The participant agrees that personal data such as title, first name, surname, postal address, e-mail address or telephone extension, which are provided as part of the registration or communication in preparation for the event, may be used by the organiser solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and sending further event information. For detailed information on the processing of personal data, please refer to the privacy statement on this website. The declaration is an integral and binding part of the conditions of participation.
    Photography & filming
    Photographs and film footage will be taken during the event, some of which will be published in various media (websites, print media, social media channels) in connection with the event. These recordings are associated with the pictorial representation of the persons present. By entering the event premises, the person present consents to the publication free of charge in the above-mentioned manner without the need for an explicit declaration by the person concerned.
    Final clauses
    Should parts of these conditions of participation be/become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the overall contract. Agreements, individual approvals and special regulations require the written confirmation of the organiser. German law shall apply exclusively.
