The stone height and density of raw concrete are essential quality criteria for concrete products. The density of raw concrete provides important information about the expected compressive strength of the concrete products.

Monitoring of the quality parameters

Due to the high significance of the quality parameters above a monitoring device (QA system) was developed. It is able to determine the stone height immediately after formation and compacting. By adding a weighing scale the density of the fresh produced concrete blocks can be obtained. The measured parameters are compared to predetermined set values. The results are displayed and documented. A linkage to an automatic tilting device is possible.
