To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Lawyer / Fully Qualified Lawyer for Construction and Contract Law to join us as soon as possible, supporting and advancing our projects from a legal perspective.

Your tasks
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (work contracts, research cooperation agreements, funding contracts)
  • Providing legal advice and support on construction and public procurement matters
  • Legal support for public tenders and funded projects
  • Assisting with legal disputes and arbitration proceedings in the construction and research context
  • Ensuring legal compliance across all projects
  • Contributing to internal guidelines and governance structures
  • Drafting, reviewing, and further developing General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for project-related services and collaborations
Your skills / qualifications
  • Completed law degree (Second State Examination)
  • Experience in construction and/or public procurement law
  • Ideally, knowledge of research and contract law
  • Economic and technical understanding of the construction sector
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication abilities, and high social competence
  • Analytical thinking and an independent working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent German skills (native speaker or at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1), spoken and written
