Terms and Conditions of Participation Your registration is binding, and you will receive a related confirmation. We will send your invoice either by email or by post; payment is due upon receipt. The conference host may change the programme at short notice. Cancellation policy Any cancellation is subject to a processing fee of €30.00. A cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the attendance fee (as stated in the registration form) applies to any registration cancelled after 8 November 2019, as well as to any no-show due to illness. Any cancellation must be communicated to us in writing. The registered attendee may nominate a substitute. Privacy Attendees agree and accept that the conference host has the exclusive right to use personal data (such as title, first name, surname, postal and email address, and direct-dial telephone number) provided for registration and communication purposes prior to the event for the purpose of contractual performance and transmission of additional information. The conference host gathers, processes, uses and stores personal data as far as necessary for the provision of services and the transmission of conference information. All attendees will be provided with a list of attendees as a non-printable, copy-protected PDF file containing titles, first names, surnames, company/institution and attendance details. Attendees will receive badges for identification and access control purposes; these badges also list title, first name, surname, company/institution and attendance details. Photographs and/or videos will be taken/record-ed during the event; they may subsequently be used for digital and printed media coverage. Final provisions Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the entire agreement. Any agreements, individual approvals or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing by the conference host. These Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
