QS system for stone height measurement and density detection of concrete products
For concrete products the stone height and density of raw concrete are essential quality criteria. The density of raw concrete provides important information about the expected stability of the concrete products.
Due to the high significance of the mentioned quality parameters a monitoring device (QS system) was developed which can determine the stone height immediately after formation and compacting. Together with a weigher the density of the fresh produced concrete blocks is measured. The measured parameters are compared with predetermined set points. The results are displayed to the plant operator in a clear format and documented. A linkage is made possible with an automatic tilting device.
